Serena Scapagnini‘s work explores the mechanisms of memory and the matrix of thought. Her research has been supported since 2012 by collaboration with the Higley Lab – Program in Cellular Neuroscience at Yale University and the quantum physics laboratories at the Yale Quantum Institute. Her works reflect the profound correlation between art, science, nature, and spirit. In this film, the artist shares her creative process, which unfolds through drawing, painting, spatial installations, and video, while engaging in dialogue and reflecting on the world encapsulated in her artworks.
